INGREDIENTS THAT NEEDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF VEG SOY PULAO:

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 big tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Cup Soybeans
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 big onion (chopped)
  • 2 big tomatoes (crushed)
  • 2 big potatoes (cube cutting)
  • Salt as your taste
  • 2 carrots (small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon biryani masala
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

Ingredient For yogurt Raita

  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Half teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 small tomato (small pieces)

How to make VEG SOYA PULAO RECIPE:

step1: wash and soaked the rice

Take 2 cups basmati rice in a bowl and wash it until it shows clean water. When it did keep aside with water for the rest

step2: Boil the soybean

Take a pan, and add some water in the bowl. When a boil of water is coming add soybean to the boiling water add cook it for 5 minutes in the water. When it add remove water from the soybean and keep aside of soybean

step3: saute the onion with masalas

Take a Cooker add 2 ladles of oil, and heat it on Maximum flame, then add 2 tablespoons black pepper, half tablespoon cloves, 4 green chilies sliced, 1 tablespoon cumin, and cook it for 1 minute when it salutes then add the chopped onion and saute it for 3 minutes.

step4: Add vegetable

When it has done, then add all the vegetables one by one, cook the soybeans in the cooker, and mix it for 3 minutes on low flame.

step5: Add spices and tomatoes

All the vegetables add and saute, then add salt, red chili powder, biryani masala, ginger and garlic paste, capsicum, garam masala, Tomatoes and mix it with the vegetable until it showing cooked and mix well

step6: Add water and rice

When it has done, add water, which is mentioned, in the Ingredient portion, and Cook it until the boil is a rise, then add the washed rice when the water is removed and mixed well.

step7: DUM timing

When it has done close, the cooker with its lid and cook it 8 minutes on high flame, And 7 minutes on low flame

step8: Serve the Veg Soya Pulao

When the dum time is Passed, Remove the lid from the cooker and mix it, take a big Plate, put Veg soya Pulao on the plate, and serve it with a good look.

How to make Yogurt Raita:

Step1: Add Yogurt and onion

Take a bowl, add Yogurt in the bowl, then add onion pieces.

Step2: Add chili with tomato

Add green chilies, and also add tomato pieces into the bowl, and mix well.

Step3: Add spices

Add black pepper, salt, and mix well. Garnish the Raita, and serve it with Veg soya Pulao.

Tips:

  • Must be sure that Soybean is fresh and of good quality
  • If you want to add some other Vegetable, you must b added
  • Make sure your cooker is good, and flaming speed is good
  • Rice quality is good and, vegetables are fresh

We attend many events in our daily routine of life. Sometimes we want to spend some time with our family and go for dinner, and we enjoy a meal at restaurants. One day, I am going with my family to a restaurant and we order many recipes, but my favorite is Biryani Recipe. So I order Biryani but the taste ‘o my GOD’ I say “WAO” and “amazing” and at a time I decided, I must share this Restaurant Biryani Recipe with my readers.

So I will share this Biryani Recipe with you. And when you try this recipe and cook it. You must say WAO and AMAZING about its taste. It is an easy and quick recipe that you cook in a short time and enjoy. This Biryani taste the same as Restaurant Biryani taste. And you don’t need go to a restaurant for biryani, you cook it at home and enjoy the family gathering with the best meal.

The importance of ingredients in Biryani Recipe:

 The first important thing in every recipe is ingredients. If we miss one or more ingredients, the taste of biryani is changed. So, firstly complete all the ingredients that I mention in of list. So let’s start.

List of Ingredients for Biryani Recipe:

  • 700 GMS rice (washed and soaked)
  • 700 GMS Chicken
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric
  • Salt as your taste
  • ½ tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 medium onions (sliced)
  • 2-3 green Cardamom
  • 3 black Cardamom
  • 2-3 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 2-3 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 8-9 dried plums
  • 2 lemon (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon kewra water
  • ½ tablespoon yellow color
  • 1 extra medium onion
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • ½ biryani masala
  • Water as required

 Ingredients for simple Raita:

  • 2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon green coriander (cutting form)
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves (cutting form)
  • Salt as taste
  • Half tablespoon black pepper

How to cook Restaurant style Biryani Recipe:

Step by step:
Step1: Boil the rice

On the stove in high flame. Take a pan enter some water according to rice. Boil the water and add the washed rice to the water. When the 3 to 4 boil is rising. Off the stove and clear water from rice and keep aside the boiled rice.

Step2: Preparation of chicken with spices

Again on the stove and put a pan on the stove. Add ½ cup water in a pan, add turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic paste one by one. And mix well in high flame.

Step3: Add onion sliced

When it did, add onion sliced and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step4: Add washed chicken pieces

Add chicken pieces and mix well with onion and gravy for 2-3 minutes. When it did, cover the pan with the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.  5-6 minutes passed, open the lid and cook it again for 4 minutes and high flame. When it is ready, set it aside.

Step5: Preparation of other ingredients

Take a pan, add oil, and heat the oil on low flame. Then add green and black cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, mix and cook it with oil on low flame. Add red chili, coriander powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step6: Add tomatoes and yogurt

 When it did, add tomatoes and cook it. Add yogurt and mix it.

Step7: Add cooked chicken 

 When step 6 is complete, add already cooked chicken in this gravy and mix it on low flame for 5-6minutes. When it did, sprinkle it with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

 Step8: Add dried plums

When it is ready add the plums and mix again and off the stove and keep aside the pan.

Step9: put in the bowl

When the chicken is ready for biryani layers. Take a bowl and with the help of a tablespoon some chicken mixture takes out from the pan in the bowl.

Step10: Fried onion

 Extra onion is cut in sliced and fired.

Step11: set the layered

 When some chicken mixture is taken out from the pan. In the remaining chicken layered the boiled rice on the mixture and set with a tablespoon. When it is ready sprinkle the rice layer with fried onion. Then add other chicken mixture on the first layer with biryani masala then add all remaining rice and make the second layer. When it has been done again sprinkle with all remaining fried onion. Take a cup add kewra water and mix the yellow color with it. Add yellow color to the rice layer and add the lemon slices.

Step12: Dum Timing

When a layer is set put on dum and steam it for 10-12 minutes on low flame.

How to make Raita, for serving with Biryani:

Step1:  Take a bowl to add 2 cups of yogurt.

Step1:  Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well

Step3:  Add half mint leaves and coriander

Step4: garnish of Raita, with other half leaves and coriander

How to Serve Biryani, with Raita:

Step1: Set the biryani

 When the Biryani dum time is passed open the lid, mix the Biryani well, take a big plate and add the Biryani to the plate.

Step2: Raita bowl and serve with BIRYANI

Set the raita bowl, set the BIRYANI and Raita bowl in a tray, clay pot and serve it with a good look.

  • Make sure the rice quality is Good, and the chicken is fresh.
  • If you want some Amazing and good look served Biryani, and Raita with salad.
  • Make sure you want and cook some more biryani measurements of ingredients must double.
