INGREDIENTS THAT NEEDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF VEG SOY PULAO:

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 big tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Cup Soybeans
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 big onion (chopped)
  • 2 big tomatoes (crushed)
  • 2 big potatoes (cube cutting)
  • Salt as your taste
  • 2 carrots (small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon biryani masala
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

Ingredient For yogurt Raita

  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Half teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 small tomato (small pieces)

How to make VEG SOYA PULAO RECIPE:

step1: wash and soaked the rice

Take 2 cups basmati rice in a bowl and wash it until it shows clean water. When it did keep aside with water for the rest

step2: Boil the soybean

Take a pan, and add some water in the bowl. When a boil of water is coming add soybean to the boiling water add cook it for 5 minutes in the water. When it add remove water from the soybean and keep aside of soybean

step3: saute the onion with masalas

Take a Cooker add 2 ladles of oil, and heat it on Maximum flame, then add 2 tablespoons black pepper, half tablespoon cloves, 4 green chilies sliced, 1 tablespoon cumin, and cook it for 1 minute when it salutes then add the chopped onion and saute it for 3 minutes.

step4: Add vegetable

When it has done, then add all the vegetables one by one, cook the soybeans in the cooker, and mix it for 3 minutes on low flame.

step5: Add spices and tomatoes

All the vegetables add and saute, then add salt, red chili powder, biryani masala, ginger and garlic paste, capsicum, garam masala, Tomatoes and mix it with the vegetable until it showing cooked and mix well

step6: Add water and rice

When it has done, add water, which is mentioned, in the Ingredient portion, and Cook it until the boil is a rise, then add the washed rice when the water is removed and mixed well.

step7: DUM timing

When it has done close, the cooker with its lid and cook it 8 minutes on high flame, And 7 minutes on low flame

step8: Serve the Veg Soya Pulao

When the dum time is Passed, Remove the lid from the cooker and mix it, take a big Plate, put Veg soya Pulao on the plate, and serve it with a good look.

How to make Yogurt Raita:

Step1: Add Yogurt and onion

Take a bowl, add Yogurt in the bowl, then add onion pieces.

Step2: Add chili with tomato

Add green chilies, and also add tomato pieces into the bowl, and mix well.

Step3: Add spices

Add black pepper, salt, and mix well. Garnish the Raita, and serve it with Veg soya Pulao.

Tips:

  • Must be sure that Soybean is fresh and of good quality
  • If you want to add some other Vegetable, you must b added
  • Make sure your cooker is good, and flaming speed is good
  • Rice quality is good and, vegetables are fresh
