Chicken Biryani Recipe

Chicken Biryani is one of the special dish that used in every event. When we celebrate birthdays, friends gatherings, marriage occasions, and New Year parties in our homes. Chicken biryani is a demanding dish but sometimes we have no time to coke it.

Once I invited my friends to my home and I served pizza, coal drinks, pasta but unfortunately my all friends demanding for Chicken Biryani. But I have no idea how to cook and my family is out of the city. Then I call to my aunt and request her kindly tell me the chicken biryani recipe in a short time. She tell me the whole process and when I cook and served to my friends. All my friends say “WAO”. So now I want to share the same biryani recipe with you that is best and easy. This recipe is one of the most fabulous recipes. When you try and cook it you must be happy because in a short time you have a tasty recipe for serving to her friends and family.

Chicken Biryani

INGREDIENTS NEDDS FOR CHICKEN BIRYANI:

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 800-gram chicken (washed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • Salt as your taste
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato curry
  • 3 green chili (paste)
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 3 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
  • ½ tablespoon mint leaves
  • 2 clove
  • Water as required
  • 850ml hot chicken stock
  • 1 big cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Half tablespoon Rosewater
  • Saffron water
  • Yellow rice color

 Method: HOW TO COOK CHICKEN BIRYANI

Step1: Wash and Boil the Rice

Take 2 cups of basmati rice in a bowl and wash them cleanly this step is repeated until the rice is washed clearly and no dirt is remaining. Take a pot and put the 4 cups of water in the pot. On the flame and put the pot on the stove. Heat the water in high flame when 1 boil of water put all the rice in the pot and cook them in a maximum flame until the rice is boiled. When it did check the rice remove the water from the rice and keep aside the rice in a plate and bowl.

Step2: Saute the onion

Take a rice cook pan add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat them in low flame. Add the onion to oil and cook them until the onion color is changed into brown color.

Step3: Add all spicy ingredients

When the onion color is changed add red chili powder, garam masala, green chili paste, salt, turmeric, garlic and ginger paste, tomato curry mix, and cook them 2-3 minutes. Then add chicken and move the spoon add yogurt and lemon juice mix with a spoon and cook them until the chicken becomes full cooked and curry is ready.

Step4: Add rice and layered it with yellow color

When the curry is ready. Add some garam masala again with rose water, ginger julienned, coriander, mint leaves, and saffron water cook them till the chicken is tender. Add boiled rice spread evenly over the curry and chicken and half teaspoon of yellow color mix with water and sprinkle over the boiled rice in less amount and heat in low flame for 3 mint without the lid. When 3 minutes pass cover it for dum for the steam formation.

Step5: Dum for 10 minutes

DUM for 10 minutes on low flame cover the rice cook pan with the lid and wait for ready of Chicken Biryani. When the 10 minutes passed off the flame and rest in 5 minutes. Then open the lid check the biryani and mix them well.

Step6: Serve the Chicken Biryani

When mixing well take a big plate put the biryani on a plate and serve it. Enjoy

Tips:

  • Make sure a good quality of rice
  • Make sure chicken is washed and dry before putting in a pan
  • You may serve biryani with Riata and chutney as you like
  • Make sure the chicken is fresh
  • Make sure chicken is well cooked before the dum
  • If some of the given ingredients are missing don’t worry replace them with the same taste ingredient as you available?
  • Make sure when you off the flame no extra curry in the biryani and not use the extra thing if you cook according to my Recipe
  • If you cook extra biryani then all ingredients are according to the weight of chicken biryani
