Ingredients Needs for the Preparation of Egg Biryani:
- 2 cup rice (washed and soaked)
- 4 egg
- 1 black cardamom
- 2 onion (sliced)
- 4 cinnamon
- 5 green cardamom
- 2 tablespoons of oil (cooking tablespoon)
- Salt as required (according to taste)
- 1-star anise
- ½ teaspoon mace powder
- 4 clove
- 4 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 3 green chili in sliced
- 1 and a half tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 2 mint leaves springs
- 3 teaspoon of milk
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 tablespoon of kewra
- 2 cup of yogurt (curd)
- 3 cup water for boiling the rice
How to make EGG BIRYANI:
Step 1: Soak the rice and boiled
For making this delicious Egg Biryani. Firstly washed the rice neatly and soaked it. Then boil the rice in medium flame until a piece of thickness is remaining in the rice then remove water and keep aside on the plate
Step 2: Soak the saffron
Warm the milk in normal heat maximum of 5 minutes and soaked the saffron in the warm milk
Step 3: Fry onion sliced
Take a pan add2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat it. When the oil is heated add onion sliced into the pan and fry in medium flame until the color of the onion is changed into the golden brown shade. When it did keep the onion aside into a plate.
Step 4: Boil Egg and fry
Take a pan add some water and boil the water in high flame. Put egg in water and boil egg until the egg is changed in hard form. When it is done remove the egg from the water erase the upper body and pieces eggs with a knife, lightly fry them on low heat in the remaining oil. When it did remove and kept aside from the plate.
Step 5: Sauté Garlic and Ginger paste with spices
Take a pan and add some oil. Added the whole spices and cook in low flame till begin to splutter. Then added Garlic - Ginger paste and sauté until the raw smell goes off.
Step 6: chili powder and yogurt
Add chili powder and garam masala saute it for a few seconds then put yogurt, salt, and mint leaves.
Step 7: Gravy thickness
Add all pieces of the egg along with fried onion and cooked them on medium flame with spooned it randomly until the gravy thickness. When the gravy is in the thick form it did then remove it and set it aside
Step 8: Set layers
Add half part of the boiled rice in the pot and set it in straight form layer the eggs along with masala that is prepared in the upper steps. Layer again with other boiled rice sprinkle the mint leaves, fried onion. Also, pour the saffron soaked milk, sprinkle the water, and kewra water
Step 9: Seal the pot
Seal the pot with aluminum foil tightly. Place on high flame for 5 minutes. When 5 minutes pass then it heat if for 10 minutes on low flame.
Step 10: Rest for 10 minutes
Switch off the stove and rest another 10 minutes. Open the pot mix them carefully and serve it on a big plate with flavorful and tasty raita, chutney. ENJOY!
