INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE BIRYANI PREPARATION:

Ingredients are one of the important parts that is necessary for the preparation of all kinds of dishes. If the most important ingredient is missing then the taste of our dishes becomes tasteless. All effort lose and useless if the making dish  taste is not good. So I want to share some Ingredients for making the best Spicy Vegetable Biryani Recipe. And all ingredients are easily available in every home garden.

List of Ingredients for Vegetable Biryani:

  • 3 big cup rise (Good quality)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 small bowl of chicken (pieces)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 lemon (circle cutting)
  • 5 green beans
  • 2 big potatoes (small pieces)
  • 3 green chili (small pieces)
  • 1/2kg peas
  • 1 dish cabbage
  • 4 piece broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili (powder)
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoon coriander (cutting form)
  • 1 big tomato (small pieces) or curry if you like
  • 1 tablespoon biryani masala (if you like masala taste)
  • 4 big cups of water

For Raita| Ingredient List

  • 1 bowl yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt (according to your taste)
  • 2 tablespoon coriander (cutting form)
  • Small onion if you like

How to cook Vegetable Biryani Recipe:

Step1: Wash rice and soaked

Take a bowl enter 3 cup rice and wash whenever its water show clean then it takes on rest with water.

Step2: Wash the chicken pieces and other vegetables

Take a bowl and wash the chicken with warm water and keep aside then wash the all vegetables one by one and keep aside in one bowl or water dry bowl to dry water from vegetables.

Step3: Saute the Onion

Take a big pan and enter 3 tablespoons of best quality oil and Put the pan on a burner and cook it low flame. Cook the onion on the maximum flame until its color changes into light brown.

Step4: Chicken fry

When the onion is ready add the chicken pieces and fry them for 3 minutes on maximum flame the chicken pieces' color is changed.

Step5: Prepare vegetables for biryani and add spices

When the chicken is ready add one by one vegetable and saute it for 3 to 3 minutes for all vegetables. When it has been done then add all spices one by one that is mentioned above in the ingredient list. Mix well all the spices then add vinegar and soya sauce and again mix it.

Step6: Add yogurt and water

When it is done add yogurt and cook it until the oil is shown in a pan. Put the water in the pan and cook it until the maximum of 2 boils.

Step7: Add washed rice

Dry the water from the rice and add the rice to the all-mixed masala in the pan. Then cook and mix it when the water show in small amount then cover the pan with the lid and put in Dum for 10-15 minutes on low flame according to your burner speed.

Step8: Off the Flame

Finally 10 to 15 minutes pass, off the flame free the pan from the lid and mix well spicy Vegetable Biryani. Finally take a plate and put the Biryani in the bowl and keep aside.

Step9: Garnish Biryani with coriander

When the Biryani is done and put in the plate is done then for a good look garnish the biryani with coriander and sparkle the coriander on biryani.

How to make Raita:

Step1: Washbowl

Take a bowl and wash it.

Step2: add yogurt and Onion

Add yogurt in a bowl and onion and mix it.

Step3: Prepared the Raita

When it done put black pepper and salt in a bowl and mix it.

Step4: Garnish of Coriander

When the Riata is done Garnish with Coriander.

 Serving the Spicy Vegetable Biryani with Raita:
